2013 marked a century of Aston Martin. A century of producing the most beautiful and desirable cars in the world. We knew our centenary demanded something special. Our mission was to produce the greatest Aston Martin in history, a new flagship to lead us into our second century. A NEW GENERATION
Highly distinctive, yet timelessly attractive. Unique features take the design ethos of Aston Martin into a new generation. An all-new exterior form, influenced by the One-77 supercar, sees each carbon-fibre body panel take a taut, aggressive form. The sculpted curves of the wheel arches and rear haunches define the profile. The iconic Aston Martin grille and new front-splitter create a unique face.

Elegantly designed, yet a crucial engineering asset. This subtle feature counteracts lift at high speed but also ensures the lithe shape of Vanquish continues through the rear of the car. ALL NEW WHEEL DESIGN
The 2015 Aston Martin Vanquish introduces a new 20″ alloy wheel design. Delivering a strong visual presence from a unique 10-spoke ‘star’ structure this new wheel gives Vanquish a dynamic side profile.
Available in three crafted and diamond turned finishes – Satin Black, Gloss Black and Silver (right) – Vanquish is now offered with the widest choice of wheels Aston Martin has ever created.
CLOAKED IN A SUIT OF CARBON
Vanquish isnt just constructed from carbon-fibre, its also styled with it. A continuous ring of exposed 2×2 twill weave sees the splitter, light-catching side skirts and rear diffuser blend together to plant the car visually. We dont stop there. We also measure and position the material exactly so the subtle weave flows precisely to accentuate the cars elegance. With an optional exposed carbon-fibre roof, door handles and wing mirrors and exquisite interior carbon-fibre elements, Vanquish is cloaked in a suit of carbon.
AM29 V12 ENGINE
The advanced AM29 V12 engine is the most powerful Aston Martin GT production engine ever created. Peak power of 568 bhp. Peak torque of 630 Nm. A top speed of 201 mph. Blistering 0-60 mph of just 3.6seconds. Not only did we deliver stunning performance we also did the impossible AM29 delivers improved fuel efficiency of 22.1mpg (combined economy).Vanquish sees AM29 tuned to its most potent specification – its the ultimate heart for our ultimate Grand Tourer.
ALL-NEW TORQUE TUBE
Lighter but more effective our engineers worked to produce an all-new torque tube to transfer power from the AM29 engine to the Touchtronic III gearbox. A unique new outer case design produced a 2kg weight saving whilst reducing driveline noise and vibration felt by passengers.
POWERFUL TECHNOLOGY & OUTRIGHT POWER
Drive energy produced by the AM29 engine is multiplied by the new Touchtronic III gearbox but youll only feel it when it hits the road. We wanted a higher top speed and faster acceleration, we achieved both with a final drive ratio of 2.73:1.This longer ratio is perfectly matched to the wider spread of ratios produced by the eight-speed gearbox, the result more power and more usable power.
OUR BEST BRAKING SYSTEM
Our revolutionary Carbon Ceramic Matrix braking technology reduces brake fade and improves heat dissipation. Improving handling and driver feel this silicon-injected carbon fibre is an incredible 12kg lighter than equivalent steel discs. The 2015 Vanquish is also now fitted with a retuned Brake Booster – providing a stronger brake bite at the commencement of braking.
